18 of April marks the grand opening ceremony of "Mountain Views, River Tells" event series.

As a sponsor, Megaward Property Group supports environmental protection, and the importance of sustainability.

Megaward's Founder & CEO Ms Grace Wu gave a speech on the importance of protecting our environment.

"Megaward strongly believe in quality projects, including our exclusive Chateau. We have designed this living environment using green energy and resource. We want to maximize the eco-living environment, hence, the 60% greenery coverage. The entire Chateau compound will be powered by solar energy, and our gardens are watered by recycled rain water. Working with the industry's top architects and designers, namely PTW and DKO, we envision Chateau to be a product of sutainable living, innovation and futurism. As a company that impacts people's lives in many different ways, it is the least that we can do to maximize comfort, and minimzie or reduce our carbon footprint. It is our corporate social responsibility to create a lifestyle for people to appreciate nature, and live in a quality environment".
