There were many important guests that had attended the construction ceremony including; CEO Derek Pearson from Westbourne, Project Architecture Designer, Nick Turner from Turner Studio Principle, Project Management Manager Jim Fanning from McNally Project, CEO & Founder of Megaward, Grace Wu, and also Project Developer, CEO Zigang Zhao from Tiantong & Gold Abacus.

The event kicked off with the speech of the Megaward host. Later, the mayor and representatives of various companies also made speeches, who gave their wishes for the future of Majestic and Rouse Hill. The ribbon-cutting ceremony was the initiative in symbolizing the start of construction, which opens the new chapter in Megaward’s endeavours.

After the ribbon-cutting, the leaders stood by the excavator to dig the first clay for Majestic.

Subsequently, developers and builders representative Mr. Zhao Zigang, CEO of Tiantong Group, and Mr. Pearson, CEO of Westbourne, popped champagne to celebrate the construction ceremony.

As the ceremony was coming to an end, delicacies of roasted lamb and suckling pig were served to guests.
At the end of the ceremony, Megaward sent BeatuTea x Deer Limited Mooncake and Majestic Special Red Wine to every guest, in order to express their Mid-Autumn Blessing for all their guests
